Terms of use & Data Quality Insurance

By subscribing to a plan, you accept the following terms of use.
Workingdays Datepicker usage The Wdatepicker widget can only be deployed on a domain registered by subscribers.
Domains are registred from the console accessible to subscribers. Any number of datepickers can be deployed on a registered domain, from any number of web pages (ex: https://www.mydomain.com/page1 and https://www.mydomain.com/folder/page2). Two subdomains (ex: http://subdomain1.mydomain.com and http://subdomain2.mydomain.com) are considered like two different domains. Two different protocols (ex: http://www.yourdomain.com and https://www.yourdomain.com ) are considered like two different domains.

Starter plans and premium plans On a widget subscribed through a starter plan, the following mention "Powered by WDatepicker" will appear on the lower right corner with a link to this site. This mention must be clearly visible and must not be removed by any mean. Widgets subscribed through premium plans won't be displaying this mention.

Plan cancelation All plans can be cancelled at any time from your console on datepicker.workingdays.org or from your Paypal interface (pre-approved payments).
If you cancel your plan (one way or the other), you may not use the WDatepicker widget anymore and your domains will be immediatly unregistered.
Later on, you can subscribe again to a plan with the same Paypal account. In that case, a new key will then be allocated to you.

Evaluation period When you subscribe, the first payment won't occur before 24 hours. During that period, you can freely evaluate the widget and cancel plan if you are not fully satisfied. You won't be charge anything.

Plan upgrade At any time, you can change plan (upgrade or downgrade). When you do so, the current plan is cancelled and a new plan is susbcribed, but the key remains unchanged. When you upgrade, the current plan billings immediatly stops and one day after the new plan billings starts.

Public holidays changes In some circumstances, a country's government may decide to change some of its public holidays (remove, add or change date). "JoursOuvrés" will take into account this change as soon as possible and will not necessarly inform the clients of this change.
The datepicker should automatically take those changes into account.

China The case of China is special as the official list of the public holidays for a year is not usually issued by the chinese government until mid december of the previous year. When this list is issued, "JoursOuvrés" will take it into account as soon as possible. Please understand that when you query the API for future years, the public holidays are just indicative and may certainly be wrong.

Data quality insurance In the event Customer encounters a date with a public holiday officialy missing in any regional configuration or that should officialy have been removed, Customer will be eligible to receive a full refund of the month subscription.
